    • Own the admin dashboard end to end — user management, role-based authorization and the complete pickup lifecycle — with realtime updates over Socket.IO and map-based route planning (MapLibre + Google Maps).
    • Built the payment dashboard: customer payments, employee payouts, and report generation for orders, payments and missed pickups, with Excel and PDF exports and QR-driven flows.
    • Contributed to the new consumer web app, wiring up analytics (PostHog, Clarity), QR journeys and Google Maps.
